Our unique approach to bringing in new members to our team is through recruitment workshops. We organize spring workshops that serve as an excellent platform for introducing prospective team members to the exciting world of robotics.
Our workshops are composed of weekly meetings where people can learn more about building, designing, programming, and FSO (fundraising, sponsorship and outreach.)
These workshops develop skill sets of potential future team members, while allowing the team to evaluate applicants based on soft skills that can not be evaluated through traditional application forms. This year we had 50+ eager participants who were interested in joining the team!
